Effective for information submitted through this website's confidential case review intake form.

What we collect

When you submit the intake form, we collect the name, personal email, personal telephone number, state, employment status, and dates you provide, plus any documents you choose to upload. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, or complete medical files through this form.

How we use it

Submissions are delivered to the firm's intake inbox so a team member can evaluate whether the firm can help and contact you about your inquiry. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Documents you upload

Uploaded files are stored in a private, encrypted-at-rest bucket, scanned for malware before any review, and automatically purged after the firm's configured retention period. Infected files are removed immediately.
